Property is absolutely beautiful and a great location, very clean and comfortable. The only drawbacks are that it listed that it was great for the elderly. I do not believe I would say that, we brought our elderly uncle the stairs were a challenge as well as the showering situation, the shower is a bit dangerous for those who are not steady. But for people who were wanting to visit the beach or ski in the winter, I think it’s fantastic.

We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again.

The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience

This is a nice little condo with a good location, easy access to many beaches, a grocery store down the street and restaurants nearby. Beautiful scenery. There is a pool onsite. The condo itself was overall good, however it is pretty old and showing it's age and was small with a lot of bulky furniture that made it difficult to move around at times. The sinks were difficult to turn on in the bathrooms and the shower head was leaky after adjusting the angle. This is not a great place for young kids as the stair cases were very steep and could be a safety hazard. The loft stairs are in an awkward spot when trying to get to the kitchen for any adult. You'll often need to duck under them to avoid hitting your head. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. There are inflatable paddle boards available for use. They had a good number of towels and a washer/dryer in the condo. The bedrooms were nice and provided a comfortable place to sleep. There is a nice little balcony out back to relax outside. Some of the doors were difficult to close fully and some of the lights didn't work. There is no A/C, but they had plenty of fans to keep cool. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi that was fixed by rebooting the router. The owner was responsive and helpful in dealing with this via text. Overall this is a good condo for skiing or summer fun in Tahoe for a small party. The price was affordable and the location was convenient. Be aware of the hazards for young kids.

Cute and cozy!

It was cute and cozy, perfect for our family of 4. The beds are okay (not great, but we slept fine) but I really appreciated the extra touches. The welcome basket, the nicer toilet paper and the nice soaps. It really is ridiculously close to Diamond Peak, which is were we spent our days.
