"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. "The apartment is great - clean and new with all the facilities you would expect. It was only about 10 minutes walk from Soldeu gondola which is fine provided you have a ski equipment locker in the main village. I have a few small criticisms though. Firstly it wasn't easy to find, the map on the website is correct but it is actually called La Pleta De Soldeu.
