"It has been a terrible experience with the personal specially Tobi who is supposed to be helpful in the reception or not, I never new since he seams to be be so bother by being asked for help while I was trying to check in, I was about to just look for another place to stay where someone can actually help with the registration process. "Had the best sleep ever while traveling at this terminal hotel. A must for overnight layovers! Very clean and super comfortable. They deal attendant gave us earbuds in case of loud plane volume but my wife and I didn’t need them at all. The room got cold and was very dark for ease of slipping into a great rest. Will definitely stay here again when transiting ! "
