"Hotel is pretty new. I actually like the self service option. We didnt mind removing our own trash and grabbing towels for thr designated area. Our room was an executive room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There are so many restaurants, plenty of food options. Definitely a little different than an American hotel room. The shower was different...we like a separate shower from the tub area. But nonetheless it was fine. Overall an excellent stay at The Gleam! Will definitely patron again when we visit our daughter-in-law's family again. "

We added the breakfast option to our stay and I enjoyed the friendly greeting each morning by the very kind welcoming lady who works during the breakfast rush. Her warm smile and morning greeting started my day off right! I would stay here again. "

"I had a great experience at this hotel. I never saw a staff member either for check-in or check-out, but the hotel was easy to find. The mirror was really dirty but other than that, the rest of the room was clean. The amenities are great and there is a free water machine which is great! Will come again !"

"Description about the room is misleading. we booked the room because on the description, it has king size bed. It was queen and we inquired about it, the staff member answered the phone said it's their king. The room is dark with all the lights on and we mentioned, they said the lights that don't turn on are part of decoration. We brought in hidden camera detector and began to scan, it beeps on shower head. we didn't take shower. We went else where to take shower. "
