"Hotel is pretty new. I actually like the self service option. We didnt mind removing our own trash and grabbing towels for thr designated area. Our room was an executive room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There are so many restaurants, plenty of food options. Definitely a little different than an American hotel room. "Good size rooms, comfy beds, huge TVs. Very convenient and close to trains. Staff was nice and 2 different staff asked us if we'd like our room cleaned. Hotel offers nice amenities like free water, juice, drink mix, and a few snacks. "
"I had a great experience at this hotel. I never saw a staff member either for check-in or check-out, but the hotel was easy to find.
The mirror was really dirty but other than that, the rest of the room was clean. The amenities are great and there is a free water machine which is great!

"Our family of 2 adults & 3 teenagers stayed in the Presidential Suite which is beyond huge. We were able to stay together but have our own space. 3 bathrooms too which was a luxury.
