Cons: • A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night. • The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM."

"It was within comfortable walking distance from INAKITA station. It was the only available closest hotel when i booked for a last minute trip here a few days before. I found a familiar restaurant, SUKIYA nearby where I had my delicious lunch. Happen to stumble upon a cosy McDonald’s when I was exploring the area near Ina park where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom! There is a direct bus to the Takato Castle Ruins at Inakita Station. See the bus timing chart. Hotel was like a resort with a very nice public bath. The room is spacious, comfy with the usual Japanese standard toilet & bath."

"I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. "There are a lot of clutter in the hotel lobby, which makes it feel messy. The hotel looks a bit old, though it is clean. I arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, I couldn't see the check-in counter. I went to a counter on the right. There was a card showing “ 百名湯認定証 ”, and add water room “加湯室” was behind the counter. I was about to search everywhere I could in the hotel, when suddenly I saw a man at the far end of the left side, so I chased after him and asked if he was a hotel staff. It turned out that the checkin counter was on the left, and I turned the wrong direction and went to the right. I was indeed frightened at that time when I couldn’t see anybody. Checkin was smooth with the help of the staff. If I haven’t been to the wrong direction, everything would be fine. The breakfast is delicious, and it is a semi-self-service style. Milk, rice, miso soup, bread, tea, etc. are all available for self-service. The mountain view from the restaurant is great."
