CasaRina is a beautiful apartment located in an old house in the upper part of the historic centre of the lovely hamlet of Poggi, in the hills above Imperia, on the Riviera dei Fiori in Liguria.

A unique holiday experience perfect for those who love the beach and nearby entertainment, as well as for those who appreciate the peace and quiet of simply letting their thoughts wander—on the terrace, among the rooftops, in the warmth of a summer evening, happily listening to the night while gazing at the stars.

It’s ideally located for cycling along the beautiful seaside bike path—just about 2 km from the house—and for exploring the roads of our inland countryside.

It comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people and is equipped with every amenity to make your stay unforgettable, any time of year

The recently renovated apartment is situated on a hillside, with sweeping views of the sea and the surrounding hills

It features free private parking on the property and a secure, enclosed area for storing bicycles

It is located on the second floor of an old stone house, featuring a living area and fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a balcony, a second bedroom with a sleeper sofa for two people, and a full bathroom

A spacious, sunny terrace awaits you on the upper level, offering views of the sea, the charming village of Poggi, and the city of Imperia, furnished with a beach umbrella, table, chairs, and lounge chairs, as well as a covered relaxation area with single sofas, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle for tea and other drinks, along with books, games, colouring materials, and more.

Air conditioning in every room will ensure a comfortable stay during the hottest months (inverter air conditioners that also heat in winter)

The living area features a sofa, a smart TV, a round table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, hand blender, kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking.
Safety is ensured by a smoke and gas detector and a fire extinguisher

The bedroom features a comfortable 180x200 bed, a chest of drawers, and a walk-in closet with windows, as well as a balcony with a small table and chairs

The second bedroom has a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed that can accommodate 1 or 2 people separately or as a 160 x 200 double bed.
The room is completed by a closet and a desk for any work-related tasks.

The full bathroom includes a shower stall, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, and iron.

The apartment features free Wi-Fi and a workspace for remote work, perfect for those who need to work even while on holiday.

A smart TV is also available for guests to stream films or TV series on Netflix and other similar services (not included).

As with many homes in historic centers, the apartment has multiple flights of stairs and is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children; it may be suitable only for older, more independent children.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the sea, the hamlet of Poggi, the city, and the valley—from the Maritime Alps to the coast and even Corsica if you’re lucky!

About 200 metres from the apartment, you’ll find Trattoria da Renziana, which serves excellent Ligurian lunches and also features a bar and a supermarket with a wide variety of products available.

A large supermarket about 3 km away, located at Via Aurelia 2, is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh food, ready-to-eat meals, and more.

The BIKE PATH is located below Via Aurelia, just past the traffic light, allowing you to explore the entire coastline along the sea, from Imperia to Ospedaletti. You can rent bikes or other equipment right in Borgo PRINO, 3 km away:
