In the hamlet Massabovi 2 km from the centre of Imperia, 7 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, in an elevated position on a slope, 2.5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Public parking 10 m. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop 2.3 km, sandy beach "Imperia" 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Ancien moulin très bien équipé et très agréable situé dans un petit village perché, avec des voisins très compréhensifs et accueillants. Monica est très vite disponible en cas de besoin et solutionne toutes les demandes. Bref, une belle semaine dans cette maison. Certains avis mentionnaient des lits en mauvais état. Les 6 personnes cette semaine ont apprécié dormir dans ces lits. Le wifi est fonctionnel.

Séjour typiquement magique

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette maison typique en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par le caractère authentique de la maison, soigneusement décorée et parfaitement équipée. Chaque pièce respirait la tradition et l’élégance à l’italienne.Le vrai coup de cœur a été la superbe terrasse au troisième étage. Quelle vue ! Du matin au soir, nous avons profité de ce panorama exceptionnel, que ce soit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au soleil ou un apéritif au coucher du soleil. Un vrai régal pour les yeux et pour l’âme.Tout était réuni pour des vacances parfaites : confort, charme, tranquillité… Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés et repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Ein wunderschönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr weit oben gelegen. Es ist nicht ratsam mit einem Bus anzureisen. Parkmöglichkeiten eher rar.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr ruhig. Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alles sehr sauber. Wäsche und Handtücher sehr gut. Matratzen sollten ausgetauscht/ erneuert werden. Duschen im EG ebenfalls. Betreuerin ... ist sehr nett und zuverlässig.

Wunderschöne Dachterrasse

Das dreistöckige Haus fühlt sich ein wenig nach Heimatmuseum an: vielfältiges und oft originelles Dekor überall, geheimnissvoll, leicht angestaubt, für manche vielleicht auch ein wenig unheimlich, viele kleine durchaus gemütliche Rückzugsorte auch für viele Menschen. Die Treppe ins 1.OG hat sehr hohe Tritte und ist sicher nicht für Jedermann. Die Matratzen sind eine Katastrophe!!! Die Dachterrasse der absolute Hit!!! Die Autobahn ist je nach Wind mehr oder weniger zu hören- aber ständig.

Das Haus war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Traumhafte Dachterrasse! Ein oder zwei Liegestühle wären schön und man sollte sich gegen Mücken wappnen. Leider kein Wlan, würden trotzdem jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Nachbarn auch super! Gerne wieder, Danke M.❤️

Ancienne maison, pleine de charme, sur les hauteurs d'Imperia. Conforme à la description. Les propriétaires nous ont acceuilli très amicalement. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique
