"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "Room was dirty, shower room wouldnt wash my dog in it. Tv no remote,sink cold tap span round when trying to use. Due to time restraints i couldnt leave to find better hotel ."
