Modern apartments in an exclusive location on Lake Constance: Our house is situated directly on the lake in a quiet location. The boat landing stage, bus stop and indoor swimming pool are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the town center with its various shops and restaurants. You will stay in stylishly furnished, newly built apartments with a magnificent view of Lake Constance and the Alpine panorama. The non-smoking apartments are accessible by elevator. WLAN and parking spaces are available to our guests free of charge.

This exclusive non-smoking apartment near the construction site on Lake Constance is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. Enjoy the magnificent lake view and the Alpine panorama from the large, covered balcony. The living area with sofa and dining area invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and make-up mirror. A washing machine is also available. The 49 m² apartment offers maximum comfort for 2 people. Cable TV, Internet, car and bicycle parking spaces are available. Pets are not allowed. We look forward to welcoming you!
