"Atendimento excelente dos funcionários que atendem café, super atenciosos e educadíssimos!! Acomodações quarto excelente !! Único ponto negativo , aquecimento interno liga numa temperatura abaixo de 13graus, tudo certo , pois fez na noite 4 graus , porém o aquecimento não se mantém, e o barulho de água como se fosse uma cachoeira a noite toda , mesmo sem estar ligado! Só a recepção não foi muito receptiva no período noturno, mas todos os outros funcionários eram muito prestativos, amigáveis e educados. As rosquinhas do café da manhã são uma delícia (quando tem disponível no buffet, porque a la carte não tem a opção), assim como os outros pratos mais caseiros. Esse esquema diferenciado no café também deixou um pouco a desejar pois não engloba muitos itens do buffet (nem coisas básicas como bacon de acompanhamento de omelette)"
