"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Towels were provided you just need to bring your own toiletries. The small kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge and kettle. There was an oven and microwave if you needed them. Would definitely stay there again. "

It was spotless, with fresh bedding and towels. The check in process was well communicated by the hosts. I will stay here again when next in Nottingham."
