Each suite has a double bed with new spring mattresses, mezzanine plus three single beds, air conditioning split in each suite, kiosk with full kitchen (industrial stove, industrial oven, grill, microwave, TV 51¨, in the bathrooms gas heater in showers, water box with 6 thousand liters with filter, pool of 24 square meters, garage for 3 cars, maid to combine. The kitchen contains all the necessary utensils.

Maravilha !!!!!
Amamos tudo !!! A casa tem uma vista espetacular !! Passamos dias maravilhosos, o Nemer nos deixou muito a vontade, e o estilo da casa deixa os visitantes conectados o tempo todo, e ao mesmo tempo qdo queremos descansar os quartos dão a privacidade que buscamos ! Realmente vale muito a pena e esperamos voltar !!! Sugerimos apenas que sejam feitos alguns ajustes na casa como uma lâmpada queimada na lateral da casa que dificultava a ida a um dos quartos durante a noite, e a liberação da área de serviço pois estava com problema de entupimento. No mais maravilha!!!!

FALTA FLEXIBILIDADE.
local muito aconchegante, lindo e limpo, facil comunicação com a caseira, apenas acho que poderiam ser mais flexiveis quanto ao check-out, chegamos tarde por conta do mal tempo do fds escolhido e msm assim, não pudemos estender o almoço, otimo local, otimo lugar, mas infelizmente não voltariamos por conta disso.

Imóvel limpo, vista maravilhosa, ar condicionado funcionando bem, isso pra mim é importante. Algumas ressalvas como por exemplo, localização péssima, muito longe de tudo e de todas as praias. Não tem uma sala de estar ou jantar....somente 3 quartos e área externa, tv somente em um dos quartos, o check in não foi flexível conforme estava no anuncio, e check out também não, pelo contrario as 11 da manha a caseira já estava na casa questionando se íamos sair da casa ás 12:00hrs, não achei ela simpática, na hora da vistoria o controle do ar de um dos quartos havia caído debaixo da cama e não vimos , ela falou que o controle tinha q estar em cima do móvel que ela não era obrigada a procurar o controle, abriu os controles pra ver se as pilhas estavam dentro...acho q já devem ter sido levada essas pilhas por algum outro hospede, por isso esse procedimento.A piscina precisa de manutenção, assim como a casa tbm...não tem nada de roupa de camas, no anuncio não especifica que não tem, assim como tbm não especifica que tem, como em outras casas que eu loquei e dizia toda equipada, achamos que tinha...mais isso foi um detalhe somente.No mais a ilha é linda,voltarei com certeza, mais não nessa casa...

Casa boa!
O atendimento foi muito bom. A casa é boa, precisa de umas melhorias, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. A vista é linda. Não tem acesso a praia no bairro onde a casa fica localizada. Ela fica um pouco longe do centro e das praias boas, tem que ir de carro. Tem muitos borrachudos no local, muito mesmo. As pessoas falavam, mas não imaginava que seria tanto. Tem que caprichar no estoque de repelentes. A cidade é muito linda!

Melhor que esperava
Tudo muito limpo, organizado, o Sr. Nemer sempre prestativo. Uma casa pra deixar um gostinho de quero mais. Único ponto negativo, não para a casa, mas para a ilha, são os borrachudos. Porém fomos muito bem orientados pelo proprietário que nos alertou várias vezes para não esquecermos o repelente. Obrigada sr. Nemer pelas dicas.
