Good enough if you're on a budget
It was difficult to find. When we got there tired and drenched in sweat from walking around with our luggage, the only person there was the house keeper and she said we had to go to another building three blocks away to check in. She had the key, but she said we had to go fill out a form. After I went and returned I noticed they had the same form there and had put a sign on the front door directing guests the other building. Checking in in another building is inconvenient, especially when you don’t direct guests there in the first place. When we asked for the internet network name and password, she said they only had internet in the other building. When I told her that according to our contract, we were supposed to have it in our rooms, she called the other building and they said they didn't know it either. We went down there, again, and finally got it. When we got back and couldn't find the network, we realized that it was even plugged in. We plugged it in, but the outlet didn't have a cover and kept sparking. It worked, but they kept unplugging it throughout our stay and we had to keep plugging it in. Rooms had furniture to unpack, but it was all broken. Plusses were: air conditioning in rooms, okay cleanliness, nice common space, come and go at any time, close to cheaper food and excellent breakfast. It’s not in the historical center, but it’s close. If you could afford to stay somewhere else, I would. The poor customer service put a damper on our weekend away.
