Gut, aber kein (!) Schwimmbad wie beschrieben inclusive

Kommunikation gut, Wohnung ausreichend groß für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern; der Gesamtkomplex ist in die Jahre gekommen (dunkler Flur bis zur Wohnung, an dem die Zugangstür nicht verschlossen war, wenn es ging, sind wir immer durch den Garten gegangen; schöner Garten, gut gelegen: Bäcker und Meer gut zu zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Un gite très agréable avec un jardinet terrasse ou il fait bon vivre le tout à 5 minutes de la plage. Des hôtes conviviaux qui nous attendaient pour tout nous expliquer.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage! Aufgrund der Lage zum Strand, sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Super ist auch der kleine Garten mit dem Grill und der Dusche! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gehört das Schwimmbad nicht zur Wohnung und ist nicht kostenlos. Aber ansonsten alles top!

Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub

Sehr schön. Parkplätze gibt es mittlerweile genug, da in der Nähe des Hauses ein öffentlicher Parkplatz gebaut worden ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben, und lässt sich gut sauberhalten. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit gewesen, als wir den Grill nicht anbekommen haben.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben im September 2 Wochen in dieser netten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist optimal - der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist sehr ruhig, da kann man sehr gut abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr gut. Gab es mal ein Problem, wurde dies sofort behoben. Im Ferienhaus gab es alles, was man so braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

fantastic location near beach

the location was lovely so beautiful and safe the most lovely part of brittany we have visited so far , the property looks well loved with lots of nice personal items, however it could do with some renovation and improvement as many appliances were not safe or not working the hob had to be replaced because it had an electrical fault, but was replaced by one which was not clean and didnt look safe to use , eg there were exposed wires on the iron and the outside timbers are becoming rotten . Also we did not have wifi for a number of days.The pool was not available for us to use..it does not belong to the owners, but a bar down the road, which is misleading on the advert and there is also a cleaning fee which is charged whether you clean the property or not!! this was not clear on the advert and the property description should be amended ..however we did have the most wonderful holiday and these things did not prevent us having a brilliant time so thankyou for allowing us to stay.

Séjour à l'île tudy, été 2022

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances à cinq dans le logement. Nous avons apprécié l'organisation de celui-ci, idéal pour notre famille (les 3 garçons dans une chambre et une grande chambre pour les parents). Nous avons bien profité du jardin : nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Les deux salles d'eau ont été pour nous un luxe! L'emplacement tout prêt de la plage était idéal. La mise à disposition de 2 vélos adultes étaient réellement un plus pour nous, cela nous a permis d'aller jusqu'au Guilvinec et à Bénodet à vélo en famille!

Séjour en famille pour un week-end rallongé. Très bon emplacement car à proximité de la plage et d un restaurant permettant un accès direct à pied. Très bon accueil des hôtes avec en prime un cadeau de bienvenue reflétant bien la gentillesse et la bienveillance des bretons. Hébergement bien équipé , nous recommandons sans hesiter.

Perfektes Haus für erholsamen Urlaub

Das hübsche Haus ist perfekt für den Familienurlaub und ist ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, es sind zwei Badezimmer, sowie eine Dusche und ein großer Grill im Garten vorhanden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand und auch das Ortszentrum ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wassersportmöglichkeiten und Radwege sind in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und waren auch während des Aufenthaltes sehr aufmerksam. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und werden sicher mal wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé 5 jours magnifiques dans une région très agréable. Le logement était idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Certes le réseau téléphonique et internet est mauvais dans le coin mais cela nous a permis de déconnecter davantage et ce fut très agréable. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et prévenants. Je recommande ce duplex Pour vos week-end ou court séjour en bord de mer.
