About this property

Traditional House on Île d'Yeu, Sleeps up to 10 Guests

  • This charming traditional house, tastefully furnished, offers a living room, dining area, kitchen, WC, study, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, plus a master bedroom (160 cm bed) on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (beds: 160 cm and 140 cm), a separate bathroom, and a separate WC.



    In the annex, you'll find a suite with a bedroom (160 cm bed) and a room with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm, one person per bed), as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and a WC. The 500 m² garden is beautifully landscaped with flowers and two large holm oaks.



    The beach is just a 6-minute bike ride away, and Port Joinville is 1.5 km from the house. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's perfect for a relaxing stay.



    The main house accommodates 2 to 6 guests, and the annex sleeps 2 to 4. Cleaning, as well as washing and ironing of sheets and towels, is available for an extra fee.
