Contemporary house with spectacular view of the forest
- Maison 13 is an open-plan, single-storey house with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 guests with a large garden and stunning views overlooking the forest. The house has private access to a network of forest trails leading directly to the beautiful, unspoilt beaches of the Vendee's Atlantic coast and the nearby towns of Notre Dame de Monts and Fromentine.
The forest track is extremely popular with adults and children of all ages. Whether you're looking for an easy cycle ride to the beach or shops, or prefer more of a challenge, the Vendee's 'Pistes Cyclables' run all the way along the coastline. The forest track is also suitable for running, walking and triathlon training, with open sea swimming and an outdoor pool at Noirmoutier en L'ile.
The area is ideal for families and groups who enjoy active holidays. Canoe hire is available at Kulmino a five minute drive away, and sailing, water-sports, kite-surfing and quad-biking are available at Notre Dame de Monts and Fromentine. There is a golf course at St Jean de Monts.
Take a boat to the magical Ile D’Yeux, or just relax on the terrace and look at the view…
