The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 130 m² house for rent in L'Île-d'Yeu, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,300 m² garden. Bed linen and towels provided from 5 nights, Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 50 m² living room with fireplace (wood not supplied), lounge and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a dining area.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 1,300 m² private, unfenced garden
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days

The house is ideally located in L'Île-d'Yeu, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
To reach the island, you can take a ferry (from Fromentine or Saint Gilles Croix de Vie).
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nantes (about 1h from Fromentine)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (about 1h from Fromentine)
