O quarto do hotel estava limpo e aconchegante. A equipe da recepção me atendeu com atenção e cordialidade. O jantar e o café da manhã foram deliciosos. Minha experiência foi de apenas um dia no hotel, mas foi suficiente para ter uma ótima experiência. Tive um imprevisto com meu veículo e a equipe do hotel, prontamente, me ajudou a resolver a situação. Agradeço o Hotel D'Napoles de coração e recomendo a estadia neste hotel.

Adoro esse hotel. Porem tive que fazer upgrade pois o quarto da categoria que eu havia pegado é simplesmente impossivel dormir em dia de chuva. Muito barulhento. Acabou que preferi fazer o upgrade e pegar um que nao tinha barulho algum. Valeu a pena. Amo o fato de ter kit chimarrao disponivel
