"I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....

"宿泊施設周辺は静かで、ゆっくりできました。 しかし、施設は古くお湯の調整がむずかい。トイレは鍵が故障していてロックができませんでした。 共同浴場のトイレは流れが悪くて使えない。 また、炊飯器を借りましたが、しゃもじがなく、取りに行きましたが、ありませんと言われ仕方なくスプーンで代用。 古いのはどうしようもありませんが、施設や備品の管理をしっかりしてほしいです。 "
