"Overall a very big villa suitable for family. In fact I think it can house at least 8 adults comfortably. Surrounding area is very quiet and ensure to buy what you need and then drive back to Villa. Otherwise going out will be a pain. Path leading to Villa is narrow small road for small cars. But still a very good stay. "

"The staff was very nice and accommodating and offered a great assortment of water accessories for the stay. The room was also undated very nicely and it was great to have a kitchen to use during our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t have the most relaxing of stays as the room had many bugs (many cockroaches and red ants) leaving us with a lot of bites and restless nights. I will say this does seem to be a common issue when being this close to the beach so keep that in mind with your stay. "

Only slight negatives are expensive lunch/dinner options, but there are many other options within walking distance. If you have the means definitely go here."

"It was an excellent experience staying at this private beach house property in Motobu, Okinawa. The beautiful stretch of shallow natural sandy private beach in the backyard is called Gushiken Beach. There's dense jungle plants and trees along the rock formations cliffs, and hidden areas to explore at your own risk. Experience the local nature to the fullest... BUT bring bug spray for the "ninja" mosquitoes! These criters were bothersome around the property. This property is close driving distance to Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, Saseko Beach and Gorilla Chop. Communication with Ariyama-san, property host was great! Timely responses to all questions. Some improvement for us would be the bath-shower room lighting should be brighter, its too dimmed. Also brighter kitchen lighting."

"This villa in a great location in Bise is highly recommended. It is clean and has the amenities for a comfortable stay. We love the big bath tub, the massage chair and the Okinawan mugs & glasses. We only stayed for 2 nights so we didn’t use the rice cooker, single-stove burner and the washer/dryer, but I’m sure they’re handy for a long stay. "
