Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "Worst hotel I have ever been to.The beds are going to give you the worst backpain of your life and dont expect any help from the employees. Also you should not stay at this hotel if your wish is to relax because every weekend there are loud parties with random people, which also leads to a dirty and unuseable pool/garden. The cherry on top is the "breakfast", given you are looking for food similar to prison. "
"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno.
1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare.
2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero
3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra.
3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Buggerru! The place is amazing, quiet, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The room was in good condition and comfortable. Breakfast had enough variety to start the day right, simple but satisfying. For us scrambled egg and bacon would have been enough.
The location is excellent, with many beautiful beaches nearby, including one within walking distance. The town itself is full of charm, with a unique mining history that adds character to the area. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars around, and our favorite by far was Stella Maris,delicious food and incredibly friendly staff.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful seaside getaway with a touch of local culture.
