"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful.
Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed.
Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal.
Would highly recommend staying here. "
"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno.
1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare.
2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero
3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra.

"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"
"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own.

"Rooms very basic - only 1 plug in room for tv behind furniture so not easy for charging. Reception staff were just ok - wouldn't let us use outdoor pool at 8.10pm after arrival in motorbike gear in 33° - which would have been a godsend (closed 10 mins prior). Was main reason we booked this place. The restaurant was good - excellent pizza and good prices."
"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, it was particularly nice to meet Rodney who spoke perfect English and introduced us to some wonderful new drinks while we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is located overlooking the beach and so as you fall asleep you can listen to the waves. It’s a perfect base for exploring some of the adjacent islands and trips to Porto Flavia.
We had such a good time, we forgot to take shots of the room, but the best thing is the photos on the website are representative of the hotel. Go on… book it! "

"My husband and I stayed at Le Dune Piscinas, and from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were constantly treated with amazing service. The beach views were the best part of the property, and the room we booked was very comfortable. It felt like we were in a James Bond movie, with feelings of exclusivity and quiet, as well as romance. The dunes that the hotel is situated in are incredibly beautiful and I think the best way to enjoy is by staying at the hotel. Our only regret is that we didn’t see more of it (we had a short stay). Finally, the restaurant was probably the best meal we had in Sardinia on our trip. Guests must, must make a dinner reservation and sit by the beach—you won’t be sorry ☺️. Every detail about this hotel is incredible. And if you don’t believe me, just book a room and see for yourself."
