A cosy apartment away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can relax during your holiday.
Located on the outskirts of Iglesias, a medieval town in the Sulcis region, it’s just a 5-minute drive to essential services such as supermarkets and pharmacies, and a little longer to reach the historic centre; a car is required.
The apartment’s location is ideal for easily reaching the beautiful natural beaches, including the Gulf of Leone, just 10 minutes away—a sandy coastline stretching about 4 km (Porto Paglia, Punta S’Arena). It will take you about 20 minutes to reach the beautiful Masua cove and enjoy the sunset with a view of Pan di Zucchero (the largest sea stack in the Mediterranean); 30 minutes to Cala Domestica.
The villa has two floors; you’ll have the ground floor at your disposal, which consists of a kitchen-living room, one or two bedrooms depending on your needs, and a bright bathroom. You’ll have everything you need at your disposal (dishes and pots, sheets and towels, beach umbrellas).
The apartment is surrounded by a spacious veranda, equipped with a sitting area, a hammock, lounge chairs, tables for al fresco dining, and a barbecue area where you can cook meals (outdoor areas shared with the host).
Once you pass through the automatic gate, you can park your vehicle, step onto the veranda, and enter the apartment through the front door.
The host and their family will tend to the flower gardens daily, maintain and water the vegetable garden, and collect the trash that guests leave outside in the designated areas.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; however, you may smoke comfortably on the veranda provided.
In addition, pets are not allowed inside the home, but if you’re travelling with your four-legged friends, the host will recommend a pet boarding facility less than 1 km away from the accommodation.
Finally, you may not accommodate additional guests without the host’s knowledge; please contact the host if the need arises and communicate with them to reach an agreement.
