Small but cozy.
The location is relatively quiet but also very convenient for tourists wishing to start exploring right from Shanghai's city centre.
The room i stayed in has no window to the outside, but there's a "window" that opens to what appears to be an emergency escape corridor.
The staff are helpful & generous, but don't seem to be good at English , so if your Chinese is also not good, get your translation app ready! XD
They also have a washing machine for you to use, but it's hidden in their storeroom.
Just ask, and they'll help you with it. :)
