"The staff were all very friendly. And the grounds and rooms are well kept. The rooms are stocked with everything you need. If I am being picky I found the floors to be a bit dirty and the bathroom could use some updating. The tub felt like it was moving when you stood in it. We were there this past week so summer, the pool was great as we had it almost to ourselves. I would worry if I was there in peak season that the pool would feel too small for the number of places. But overall the location was nice in the middle of Palm Springs and Palm Dessert so easy to get around!"

"Staff were great throughout the stay. Palm Canyon Drive location is perfect. Reserve a Mountain View room if you can. Fridge in the room is always wonderful in desert heat. I’d love to give it a five star review, but this Palm Springs mainstay has seen better days and is in need of a refresh. New carpets would go a long way. Still I’ll gladly be back, thankful for the team that makes this a welcoming comfortable stay every time."
