This comfortable apartment is located in a two-family house in quiet surroundings, near the village of Crone, directly on Lake Idro. A footpath leads along the shore of the lake, on foot you reach the typical village with restaurants, cozy cafes, bars and shops. This apartment is located on the ground floor, has an area of about 60m² and is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, coffee machine and fridge freezer. There is a small garden, equipped with garden furniture. From the garden you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. Super goed ontvangst, prima huisje voor een gezin van 4. Prachtige locatie aan het Idromeer. Klein minpuntje: we hebben wel wat spinnenwebben weg moeten halen.
Das Haus hat eine Superlage. Durch das Gartentor u ab in den See. Fussläufig ist der alte Ort Crone zu erreichen, jedoch nur zweiRestaurants u einige Cafés. Alles was man braucht findet man dort im Jollymarket mit sehr netten Personal. Das Mobilar im Haus ist älter, jedoch eine neue schöne Dusche. Man hat einen direkten Nachbarn (Haus zusammengebaut), der nur durch ein bewachsenes Spalier auf der Terrasse getrennt ist. Der vordere Bereich nicht. Wir hatten Glück mit den Mitbewohnern, kann aber auch störend sein. Konnten das Haus schon um 12 Uhr beziehen, obwohl es offiziell erst um 17 Uhr möglich ist.
Das Traurige war, dass der See jeden Tag an Wasser verliert, da es für die trockene Poebene abgezapft wird.
Man konnte es Tag für Tag feststellen.
Alles in allem ist das Haus durch die Toplage u dem herrlichen Seeblick zu emofehlen
Top-Lage mit Zugang zum See, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars alles in nächster Nähe!
Einfache, eher ältere aber funktionelle Ausstattung in Top-Lage- vieles zu Fuß erreichbar, Ausflugsziele in nächster Nähe; konnten in der Nebensaison einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub dort verbringen!
Schönes Ferienhaus, super für Hundebesitzer, wunderschöne Lage direkt am See.
Ruhig, trotzdem alles problemlos zu erreichen.

Basiswoning op een prachtig stuk aan het meer
De woning is in orde. Keuken wat onhandig met pilaar in het midden. Fantastisch stekje aan het mooiste stukje vh meer. Leuk dorpje op loopafstand met goeie slager, groenteboer en super .

Wohnung mit allem nötigen eingerichtet, Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Gaststätten und Geschäfte gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
