Casa Carla is a cosy house located above Crone, a area of Idro with the typical character of a lakeside village. It is situated in a quiet location at the very end of a cul-de-sac, and its elevated position offers a beautiful view of the lake, the town of Idro, and the mountains. Adjacent to the house is a garden for your exclusive use, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, as is the town centre, which features a children’s playground, a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher shop, a fruit and vegetable stand, an ice cream parlour, a bar, various restaurants, and the lovely weekly market held every Wednesday.

There are two apartments that are directly adjacent to each other but are completely separate. This makes it a great option for a family or friends’ holiday, where everyone can maintain their privacy.
On the side of the apartments facing the entrance is the garden, which is perfect for cosy outdoor dining or relaxing in the lounge chairs. On the other side of the house is the balcony, which offers a panoramic view of Idro, the lake, and the mountains.
The smaller apartment has a total area of approximately 35 square metres. This space is divided into a bright living room with an open kitchen and dining area, as well as one bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove, an oven, a filter coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bedroom features a double bed and storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A washing machine is available for use.
The larger apartment is approximately 55 square metres. It features a living room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove, an oven, a drip coffee maker, and all the necessary kitchenware. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge, as are German TV channels. A parking space and a carport are available.
