"Very personable host. Johanne was very warm and welcoming. Loved loved loved her! Upon our arrival, she had a brownie loaf for us and even gave us some fresh farm eggs and bread for breakfast. Nice touch. We weren't around for the weekend events they tend to plan for the lodge, but would have if able. The unit was very clean and well laid out, was perfect, and great deal for the price. Only issue I had was during our stay, it was very hot. We would leave with A/C on and host husband would enter...

"I live in Seattle but was passing through Roseburg after picking up my new rescue dog in Medford OR. When I arrived, my dog escaped from me. The staff at this Motel 6 were fantastic in hooking me up with local animal shelters that were well versed in finding lost animals. The staff there went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable while I was stressing about my lost dog. When I had to extend my stay, they were very accommodating on arranging my extension"
