They have a fantastic breakfast and the staff was sincerely so nice and helpful. The river view with the temple is absolutely delightful. Would definitely stay here again.

Maintained very well. Great location. Entire property was very clean. Last, the breakfast almost everyone includes is not the average you would expect. Breakfast is way above average and so is the staff taking care of you.

We really loved our stay here! No complaints at all. The falls are right across the street. There are a lot of people coming and going to enjoy the beautiful scene but the hotel has plenty of parking and we never heard anything from inside the room. The breakfast was fantastic- cooked to order eggs that came out quickly and some really yummy biscuits and gravy were my favorite! They have tea, hot cocoa and coffee available all day in the lobby. Hot tub area is nice and the water was clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be back when we're passing through again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They didn't work with me on the check out time so I ended up having to leave late at night to make it to work the next day since I had nowhere to go for the second half of my shift if I stayed. I was hoping to check out late and work in my room until about 2 but they said I'd have to pay one more FULL DAY since half a day extra really gets you only an additional 30 minutes before check out. My car alarm was going off in the middle of the night and the guy at the front desk was not understanding at all when I didn't wake up immediately the first time he called, and he was rude on the phone. He pounded on my door and did not announce himself as from the property and as a single woman traveling alone, it was scary. The room was clean and the view was lovely. Loved the hot tub, bed, and fitness center.

Dear Kari,I'm very sorry to hear of your frustrations while staying with us. In an effort to address your specific concerns, our posted checkout time is 11am. We are always happy to extend this to noon for all of our guests upon their request. Beyond noon makes it very difficult (or impossible) for our housekeeping and laundry staff to clean your room prior to guest check-in at 3pm. Therefore, extending your stay beyond the time that our housekeepers can clean your room means we are unable to rent the room to another incoming guest. Hopefully this helps you better understand the reasons for our policy. Regarding your car alarm during the middle of the night, when our overnight desk clerk couldn't reach you by cell phone or your guest room phone, he knocked on your door. Unfortunately he was having several complaints from other guests who were woken up from the alarm, so he was trying his best to remedy the problem. His intent was not to be rude or scare you, only to quiet your car alarm for our other guests. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the hot tub, bed and fitness center, and do hope that your next visit will go more smoothly!Take Care,Emily WarrenGeneral Manager

We reserved a 2 bedroom standard and was put in Room 74 with a kitchenette. Shower/Tub room very small. Cold dated tile in kitchenette. Comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast. Beautiful area next to the River. The other rooms looked to be great. Walkable to restaurants.

Great location, easy check in, friendly staff, room was clean, breakfast was great. The only reason I did not provide 5 stars is because of the horrific smell of the room cleaner, sanitizer or something. We had to open all the windows and we still couldn’t air out the room.

This is a great property! While it is older, it’s maintained to perfection. The room was very nice and the lobby/breakfast area is beautiful. We had a few interactions with various staff members, all of whom were great. I very much appreciated the list of walkable restaurants and subsequent recommendations from the young lady at the front desk. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
