Cleanliness of both room and bathroom excellent with some extras provided in both. Food and menu also excellent. Ideal location to visit Canterbury (Park and Ride close by and very easy) and nearby coast. A lovely stay. "

"Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome. Only very small gripe - we could’ve done with bigger towels but overall what a lovely break we had. "

. Breakfast was high quality and very substantial also the patio by the stream with koi carp pond was a nice bonus. Parking was easy as the owners had off road parking Hopping to be back in the near future. "

"Throughly enjoyed our stay here , host have the perfect set up and only a short distance to Hythe town centre which has a great deal to offer for food and drink . The property is well set up with everything you need inside and a private enclosed garden for our furry friend . Totally recommend great hosts great place great price great getaway ."

"Bereits von draussen macht die Wohnung keinen guten Eindruck. Drinnen war noch schlimmer, der Ofen war total verdreckt, staub überall and eine schlechte Ausstattung. Die Wegbeschreibung war irreführend und enthielt nicht mal die Kodenummer für den Schüsselbox, der auch nicht schriftlich erwähnt wurde. Der Verwalter, cottages.com, hat schonmal für eine andere Wohnung schlechte Arbeit geleistet. Der Urlaub ist dennoch gut gelungen, trotz grotten schlechter Ferienwohnung."
