The elevator was out during check in and check out (but it worked at other times of the day). We had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor. One reason we picked this hotel was because of the elevator. When we checked in the front elevator was broken, we did not know that there was a back elevator. It was working, the Italian woman at the front desk did not tell us about it. A room attendant did, later. When we checked out two days later both elevators were broken. They were working at other times of the day. It made for an unpleasant arrival and departure.

Brilliant Staff - Poor Building

This does what it says on the tin. The staff are a delight - they are amazingly helpful and really do take care of you. The staff score is 5/5 BUT ... we got trapped in the lift which kept breaking down (which was so slow as to be virtually unusable + we were on the 8th floor) and had to force the doors apart to get out; the pool was having 'maintenance' done; we didn't get our room cleaned one day. There were power cables visible above the sink too. Breakfast was perfectly fine - nice and simple and served to 11 which was greatly appreciated! Sadly, the building is well past its use by date and needs replaced.

good location

amazing location close to beach. nice staff. rooms cleaned daily. room smelt of mold. tv, fan small room two single beds and bathroom with shower 45 min walk approx to club area, 1 min walk to beach with boardwalk and restaurants.
