Renewed Historical Countryside Villa With Pool

This historical Finca was built in the 16th century. It has recently undergone a tasteful renovation, with attention to preserving the original details. Villa Historica is located on a 180 000 m2 plot, close to San Miguel and about 5 min. from the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis. The famous beaches of Benirras and Port de Sant Miguel is only a few minutes drive away. The spacious main house is with wooden beams in the ceiling which provides a rustic atmosphere. The house consists of four bedrooms (all with double bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room with cozy fireplace, a lovely country kitchen with dining area, private pool and garden. From the pool area and the garden you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the ibizanske landscape. Villa Historica has room for 10 people and the house is equipped with WI-FI, flat screen satellite TV, linen, towels, cutlery, coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also parking available. We can also help with airport transfers and car rental (not included). Pets are not allowed. Villa Historica is the perfect choice if you both want to experience the authentic Ibiza and be close to the island's best beaches and restaurants, at the same time!

Initially we had an issue figuring out the exact location of the villa as it was dark out when we arrived. But the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we made it. The villa itself is spacious and clean with an incredible view.

Para lo que llegamos a pagar que fue exagerado, la casa podria estar mejor equipada: Aire acondicionado en Todas las habitaciones, solo una lo tiene. Algun colchon se deberia cambiar. El exterior es una pasada. El Trato con Oliviu muy encantador.

Oliviu nous a accueillis dans une belle maison pleine de charme. Nous avons eu un petit problĂšme de vaisselle qu’il a rĂ©glĂ© avec gentillesse et rapiditĂ©. TrĂšs déçue Ă  notre arrivĂ©e dans la Maison pour plusieurs raisons qui selon le propriĂ©taire n'ont jamais Ă©tĂ© relevĂ©es auparavant : - UNE SEULE clime dans toute la maison dans la plus grande chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage. Ce n'Ă©tait pas du tout mentionnĂ© dans l'annonce et la chaleur Ă©tait intenable en plein mois d'aoĂ»t dans les chambres au rez de chaussĂ©, seuls quelques vieux ventilateurs Ă©taient Ă  notre disposition. Deux personnes ont du dormir Ă  l'Ă©tage sur un canapĂ© lit sur le palier des escaliers pour essayer de se rafraĂźchir alors que nous nous attendions Ă  des chambres fraiches et confortables pour le prix.... - La maison est censĂ©e recevoir jusqu'Ă  10 personnes or la maison n'est pas assez Ă©quipĂ©e (en termes de vaisselles et Ă©lectromĂ©nager notamment) - La cuisine est situĂ©e en "sous sol" donc beaucoup de bĂȘtes rentraient et envahissaient nos provisions.. surtout avec la chaleur intenable (on retrouvait des dĂ©chets sur le terrain juste devant la piscine) - Tous les Ă©quipements et la maison en elle mĂȘme manquent d'entretien. Surtout le coin piscine et le jardin qui est laissĂ© Ă  l'abandon total - La piscine n'est pas du tout entretenue, seule une pompe se dĂ©clenche matin et soir mais aucun robot de piscine Ă  dispo. Seules deux Ă©puisettes Ă©taient prĂ©sentes, bien insuffisant pour nettoyer la crasse et le fond de la piscine devenu vert en fin de sĂ©jour. - La maison est trĂšs sombre : quasiment aucune fenĂȘtre exceptĂ© des toutes petites fenĂȘtres carrĂ©es avec moustiquaire qui ne permettent pas du tout d'aĂ©rer les espaces En revanche, l'extĂ©rieur (coin bbq / cuisine extĂ©rieure, piscine) est vraiment agrĂ©able Ă  vivre et joli, mĂȘme si les transats et parasols mĂ©riteraient d'ĂȘtre remplacĂ©. Certains endroits Ă  la piscine servaient de dĂ©potoir (bouĂ©e dĂ©gonflĂ© etc).. Pour rĂ©sumer la maison a beaucoup de potentiel et est au calme dans les hauteurs (trĂšs belle vue) mais mĂ©riterait une bonne rĂ©novation au niveau des Ă©quipements qui ne sont pas adaptĂ©s pour 10 personnes. Le propriĂ©taire ne vient jamais dans la Maison, il envoi ses collĂšgues faire les check in et check out, il n'est donc pas forcĂ©ment conscient de tout cela et c'est dommage.

Geweldige plek en prachtige villa met heel veel historische kenmerken. Het zwembad is fantastisch met een geweldig mooi uitzicht. Wij zijn hier nu 2 keer verbleven met een vriendengroep en een eventuele volgende keer zullen we hier zeker weer terugkomen. Een absolute aanrader!

Had a great 5 days in the villa exploring the North of Ibiza as well as some of our usual haunts in the South and West. Lovely pool and spectacular views. Really enjoyed the character of the villa and would recommend

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amici in agosto, la villa Ăš un po' fuori rispetto al centro di ibiza, circa 40 minuti, ma Ăš molto bella, dotata di tutto il necessario per fare una vacanza in compagnia: bbq, frigo esterno, piscina, tavolo esterno per fare cene. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt mit einem netten Vermieter. Es passte alles Pool und auch die Wohnung war gemĂŒtlich und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Villa weiter empfehlen.

Due to personal circumstances we had to cancel our reservation. Gabor has been very helpful and understanding and managed to rent out the house to someone else. Therefor he returned the deposit we already payed! Very nice and friendly contact, hopefully we can go next year.
