Great apartment with stunning view in lovely remote area
The apartment is nicer than the photos ! Balcony has great view of pine forest/local area Beautiful beaches very close, nearest 10 mins walk down a hill, we enjoyed walking back up it, 15 mins. Host was great ! Best to have a car. If you need a local taxi, call one, there's one taxi service for the whole island We enjoyed the stay very much !! Recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, but not near the beach
Really like the overall design/quality/space of the apartment. It's as nice as the pictures. Owner very helpful on whatsapp. Area is very quiet, suitable for families. Only complaint: wifi is very weak (it's the neighbor's wifi), and the apartment is a good 8-10 minutes car drive to the beach (which was a surprise for us, as one of the pictures was of the beach, so we felt misguided). Last thing to note: there is no washing machine or iron - so you cannot do laundry.

Hi Hadi! Thanks for your feedback. Cala Vadella is exactly at 1 km of distance. We often go walking there! With a car should be 3 mins maximum to go down. Maybe you took another longer route! Thanks anyway and see you soon! Michel

Une semaine parfaite dans un appartement de très bon goût. Parfait !
Jolie vue (de la belle et grande terrasse), mobilier contemporain, aménagement intérieur comme neuf (et de très bon goût). Équipement intérieur complet. Une semaine parfaite. En prime la gentillesse de notre hôte Mich, disponible et aidant. Plage et commerces à pied. Je recommande ! Merci !

Déçu...
Au vu des échanges par mail, très sympathiques, nous pensions rencontrer Michel à l'arrivée et/ou au départ. Non, juste une boite à clés et des échanges par WhatsApp. Donc si vous souhaitez connaitre les bonnes adresses locales, les plages, les visites à faire... vous devez faire appel à Internet. Dommage, nous préférons les contacts humains. Dans la maison, aucune information pour les poubelles, le code wifi, le fonctionnement du four, de la télé ou de la climatisation. Il a fallu se débrouiller seuls ou demander encore à Michel via WhatsApp. Pour information le wifi ne capte que dans la chambre. Il semblerait que ce soit le wifi du voisin (pas certain) La maison est propre (sauf : 4 sets de table tachés, très sales et traces de fond de seau de nettoyage versé dans l'évier. Pas très hygiénique...), jolie, mais l'équipement est insuffisant. Juste un bol et un mug pour le petit déjeuner, de la vaisselle en plastique et de la vaisselle normale, une seule casserole et un petit faitout. J'ai réclamé un saladier pour préparer nos salades, Michel m'a répondu qu'il utilisait le faitout. J'ai passé l'âge de faire du camping à la maison ;-) Au prix de la nuitée, un saladier n'est pas un gros investissement. Et comment dois-je faire si mon mari veut des pâtes et moi une salade? Michel a proposé que j'en achète un et qu'il me rembourserait. J'en ai acheté un mais comme il n'est pas venu au départ, je suis repartie avec mon saladier! A l'arrivée, nous avons signalé un transat cassé et le tissu des deux transats très abimé. Nous avions peur de passer au travers. Comme Michel ne gère pas le check in, ni le check out, il ne peut pas voir ces détails. Nous étions venus pour nous reposer ( la location convient bien pour ça) mais nous devions utiliser le transat chacun notre tour... Ah! J'oubliais... Il y a un grand réfrigérateur propre et j'avais remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas de machine à laver (la laverie la plus proche est à 18km) mais, c'est ma faute je n'ai pas assez contrôlé le descriptif, il n'y avait pas non plus de lave-vaisselle, ni même d'égouttoir à vaisselle. Ca nous a rappelé nos années camping. Cela ne correspond pas au standing des photos. Dommage! Heureusement, nous avons terminé nos vacances sur la côte Est, bien plus jolie et plus authentique, ça nous a fait oublier le goût amer de cette première partie de séjour. Michel, avec un tout petit peu plus d'organisation, votre location pourrait être parfaite ;-)

Prachtig schoon appartement, mooie locatie!
We hebben het erg fijn gehad. Fijne communicatie met Michel, de eigenaar. Alles tip top geregeld. Het is hier heerlijk rustig met zijuitzicht op de zee. Strand is op 20 minuten (heel stijl) lopen, maar om met de auto te gaan heeft geen zin want er is bij de (heerlijke) baai weinig parkeerplek. Dus we komen slank terug in Nederland! Kortom echt een aanrader als je van een wat rustigere vakantie houdt.

Apartment zum Ausspannen
Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt in Michels Apartment. Die tolle Terrasse, Ruhe, sehr schön. Ein Fahrzeug ist sehr zu empfehlen, sonst sind die wenigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bewirtungen nur mühsam zu erreichen.

We hebben genoten!
Het appartement was net zo mooi als op de foto. Super schoon en met een heerlijk groot terras. Onze huurauto was makkelijk en gratis te parkeren in de straat. Het contact met Michel verliep goed. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad :-)

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Terrasse/Balkon und der Ausblick sind super. Für unseren Geschmack hätte es etwas sauberer sein können, insbesondere im Küchenbereich. Außerdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, vorher zu wissen, dass nur im Schlafzimmer WLAN-Empfang vorhanden ist.

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung
Das Appartement ist super schön eingerichtet, schlicht und modern. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Gegend und sogar auf das Meer. Da ein Mietwagen hier aus unserer Sicht absolut notwendig ist, ist es erwähnenswert, dass an der ruhigen Straße direkt vor dem Haus immer ein Parkplatz zu finden ist. Großer Dank gilt der Nachbarin Belen, die sich um alle kleinen Belange und Fragen kümmert und immer sehr nett weiterhilft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The perfect appartment to enjoy the island
Michel’s appartement is absolutely beautiful. The lounge area on the terrace is perfect to enjoy the sun, the view is georgeous and the appartement is really peacefull. Everything is exactly as the pictures. He made sure that everything was fine and that we had everything we needed. The arrival/check-in was really easy and we even got a little present in the fridge. The neighborhood is so nice and the nearest beach "Cala Vadella" is only at 2 min by car. Also the location is perfect to discover the island and all the south/west beaches. Overall this stay was amazing and we recommend it 100%
