RO: Capacitate și Vizitatori
-Capacitate maximă: Locația este destinată strict pentru maximum 4 persoane.
-Fără vizitatori externi: Din respect pentru liniștea vecinilor, nu permitem accesul persoanelor care nu fac parte din grupul de rezervare (prieteni, rude, furnizori de servicii etc.).
-Evenimente și Pregătiri: Apartamentul este destinat exclusiv cazării. Nu acceptăm rezervări pentru evenimente, petreceri sau ca locație de pregătire pentru nunți/botezuri (fotografi, hairstyliști, machiaj etc.).

-Maximum Occupancy: This property is strictly limited to a maximum of 4 guests.
-No Outside Visitors: To respect our neighbors, we do not allow access to any individuals who are not part of the original booking (including friends, family, or service providers).
-Events and Event Prep: The apartment is for residential lodging only. We do not accept bookings for gatherings, parties, or as a preparation venue for weddings/events (e.g., photographers, hair/makeup artists, etc.).

RO: Procedura de Check-in
Oaspeții vor trebui să completeze un formular de check-in online. În acest formular solicităm următoarele detalii:
-Nume și prenume
-Adresa de facturare
-Selfie
-Fotografie a actului de identitate
-Doar pentru rezidenții români: Cod numeric personal (CNP)

Aceste detalii sunt necesare pentru a respecta legile locale și pentru a emite factura fiscală după șederea dumneavoastră.

Guests will be required to fill in an online check-in form. In this form we ask for the following details:

-Billing address

These details are required in order to comply with local laws and to issue an invoice after your stay.
