"Pros: Very friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of clean towels. Cons: The pillows were pretty lumpy and we couldn't figure out how to get the TV channels (but that could have been me). All in all it was nice for an economical stay."

"Staff at the Quality Inn were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very clean, if a little worn. I love that there's a little cafe right across the street - so nice to be able to walk to dinner after a long drive!"

"Our stay was delightful in every way until 2:14 AM when the room telephone began ringing , alarming us significantly. It was a robo-call from Hampton Inn with an advertisement.. If we stay there again, I will unplug the phone before bed! I am dissatisfied. $209 for a bad night’s sleep was a steep price!"

"We have been staying at this hotel for the last couple of years as our daughter goes to college in town. This hotel is always clean but starting to show some wear. A little bit of rust in the bathtubs, grout starting to come out around the tiles in the bathroom, carpet looking worn down, etc... This time, there was a huge cobweb hanging down in the middle of the room, the tub took forever to drain, and the toilet was really hard to flush. Just doesn’t give you a comfortable feeling of extra cleanliness and care. So, while the beds were still clean, and the staff, as always, very nice, we might start looking elsewhere."
