"The hotel had a terrible smell, we had to eat our food in the car because of the smell. The room don’t get cold, someone had to plunger the toilet and the tub was nasty. We left a day early because of these issues and we had to reserve another hotel which is very inconvenient when you’re traveling with 4 small children. We were not comfortable at the hotel, individuals were outside of the hotel entrance smoking drugs and our children witnessed this. We had to go buy tissue and take a shower somewhere else. It was a terrible experience! "

The TV in the living room was inoperable and there was a sewage issue in the back yard. The host was kind through text, but not helpful. "
