Elevator out of order and floors 1, 2, and 3 had plumbing issues. We had to carry our luggage up to 4th floor! We are 65+ Only 5 channels on the TV. Had we not prepaid we would have not stayed there. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly.

The elevator was broken. The halls were so hot. We could smell strong pot that was so close to the front desk you think they could have asked them to go outside. The room was in great need of updating. The staff was friendly and the front looked nice but past that it was a bust!

The room was clean with old fixtures and furniture. The hallway was HOT! The carpeting in the hallway was rippled. The elevators were not working. Staff was VERY accommodating. Breakfast was very good. It was not the typical Hampton stay.

The room was well outfitted with plenty of electrical outlets for our chargers and enough lighting fixtures. We enjoyed two mornings' excellent hot breakfasts with really good coffee. Everything was clean and stylish without stupid extravagance. We recommend this hotel highly.

Front desk staff was amazing. She appeared to love her job and she was great with the customers. Breakfast was included. It was a full bar and stayed opened until 10:00 for us late risers. Parking was never a problem.
