"Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. "We had been looking for last minute accommodation for kitesurfing training at Camber Sands beach. We booked for 3 nights and all was very smooth. The host was very responsive and the checkin process was very easy. The beds with linen were made up when we arrived, which was a massive positive!! Minor issue with the hot water, but fixed incredibly swiftly. The accommodation is close to the beach. All in all very good stay and we would come back."

There were several issues though: the address listed for maps actually took me to another holiday park and that gentleman had to give me directions. Listed amenities included the pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. When we arrived, I was informed that there was a £16 pass to use the pool, so that was out.
