A charming, fully renovated family villa of approximately 130 m², accommodating up to seven guests. Ideally located in the residential neighborhood of Costebelle, it is just 2 km from the beaches of the Giens Peninsula — Almanarre, Plage du Sel, and Bergerie — and offers a privileged view of the Golden Islands. Nestled in a calm environment, it is the perfect holiday destination for families looking to enjoy the charm and tranquility of Hyères.

The house is spread over two levels and opens onto a pleasant terrace and a lovely landscaped garden, featuring a large pool perfect for swimming and relaxing. On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room opens directly onto the terrace and garden. It extends into a convivial dining area and a fully equipped independent kitchen. This level also includes a master suite with a private shower room and WC, a single bedroom with a 90 cm bed, and a double bedroom. An additional bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, a charming turret bedroom with two 80 cm single beds provides a cozy space ideal for children or teenagers.

The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, and private parking. Pets are welcome, and the house has held a 4-star rating since 2019.
