Enjoy a stay in the port of Hyères in this bright 23 m² studio that can accommodate up to 4 people. Just a short walk from the beaches, shops and the pier for the Îles d'Or: Porquerolles, Port Cros and Île du Levant. It offers breathtaking views of the harbour, the sea and the islands. Ideal for a seaside holiday, it promises comfort, relaxation and unforgettable moments facing the Mediterranean panorama.

Located in the La Gavine Residence, this 23 m² studio with approximately 7 m² of east-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the harbour. It is perfectly arranged to accommodate 4 people, with a sofa bed for two and two boat-style bunk beds. The living room also includes a dining area, storage space and French windows opening onto the terrace.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and the view to the full. A parking space is also available.
Facilities: television, dishwasher, 4 electric hobs, microwave, table-top refrigerator, garden furniture.
