Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger lage mit Blick auf die les sallins. Nachbarn sehr nett. Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus eignet sich für Familien mit Kindern aber erst ab einem Alter von 6 Jahren da das Obergeschoss über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar ist. Leider gibt es kein Geländer zum festhalten.

Es wäre alles perfekt, wenn die eine Nachbarin nicht wäre, die bereits in der Hausbeschreibung als lärmempfindlich beschrieben wird. Telefoniert und schreit selbst den halben Tag rum und stört sich an Fremden. Da wir uns leise verhalten haben, hatte sie erstmal nichts zu meckern nur böse Blicke zu verteilen. Letztlich hat sie sich dann am Grill gestört (hatte nur drauf gewartet). Wir haben uns aber die gute Laune nicht nehmen lassen und unsren Spaß im Urlaub gehabt. Wohnung und Umgebung sind top

Sehr gepflegte und schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche enthielt alle wichtigen Utensilien, Betten waren sehr bequem, die Umgebung sehr schön. Leider ist die Nachbarin von Hausnummer 19 (links) offenbar nicht nur Lärmempfindlich (so steht es im Prospekt) sondern hat auch etwas gegen Menschen die grillen! Die Nachbarin selbst war extrem laut bei ihren Telefonaten und Gesprächen, während wir uns ruhig verhielten. Unser Grill war dann aber wohl zu viel des Guten und führte zu einer Schimpftirade. Wir haben es einfach ignoriert. Leider fanden in der Nähe häufig nächtliche Partys bis in die Morgenstunden statt. Diese haben scheinbar die Nachbarin nicht aber dafür uns ein wenig gestört. Insgesamt aber trotzdem eine positive Bewertung weil die Wohnung ansonsten perfekt war. Schöner Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit fussläufig erreichbar.

Maison conforme à la description, bien équipée et spacieuse. Dans le quartier des vieux salins, très calme. Le seul petit bémol, le voisinage qui est principalement retraité et qui râle à la moindre petite chose (un volet mal accroché qui claque par exemple)

Es waren einige Teile nicht so sauber wie es sein sollte. Die Inneneinrichtung zb. Esstisch und Stühle sind etwas für Kinder !!! Das diese Wohnung in der Einflugschneise lag wurde in der Beschreibung auch nicht erwähnt . Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Damen vor Ort (Büro) war mehr als vorbildlich.

Avec ces maisons mitoyennes colorées, le petit jardinet et la vue sur les salins on est vite dans l'ambiance vacances cette maisonnette est idéalement située.

Ferienhaus Südfrankreich nahe am Meer

Haus ist sehr geräumig der Garten ist klein dafür sehr gepflegt und liebevoll mit verschieden blühenden Pflanzen ausgestattet. Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Meer ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch ein kleiner Teilort an dem es Lokale gibt und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen für die Dinge des täglichen Lebens. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt. Nur mit dem Fernsehgerät sind wir nicht zurechtgekommen eine kurze Gebrauchsanleitung in deutsch wäre hilfreich gewesen.
