Vous profiterez d'une agréable terrasse donnant sur un jardin d'agrément. Cette location prévue pour un maximum de 4 personnes, toute équipée, propre et soignée, à 1.5 km du centre ville, et à 5 minutes de la première plage, saura vous satisfaire durant votre séjour. HYÈRES compte environ 17 kms de plage où le stationnement reste gratuit. En tant que propriétaire, et résidant sur place, je serais heureux de vous renseigner sur toutes les demandes de votre part, afin que vous puissiez passer un séjour inoubliable.

Dans chacune de mes locations je trouve toujours une petite épicerie bien pratique quand on n'a pas eu le temps de tout acheter et qu'il vous manque quelque chose, une bouteille d'eau minérale au réfrigérateur, quelques capsules de café.... La il n'y avait rien c 'est un peu dommage

Charmant et formidable

Das ältere Ehepaar ist ungaublich charmant und sehr französisch, der Blick ist fantastisch, der Garten riecht nach Sommer, die Wohnung ist eine echte Sommerwohnung und bietet für zwei Personen sehr viel Platz und hat alles, was es braucht. Da es auf einem Berg liegt benötigt man ein Auto, um in die Stadt oder die zahlreichen Strände zu kommen. Wir waren sehr glücklich hier. Die Gastgeber waren sehr geduldig mit unseren spärlichen Sprachkompetenzen und humorvoll. M. Rucar et sa femme sont très sympathique et charmant, l'apartement est formidable et avec une terasse. Le jardin est magnifique et sent bien. La vue est très jolie. Bonne atmosphère! On a besoin un voiture pour atteindre les plages et la ville, mais puis vous êtes la-bas à 10 minutes. Merci, M. et Mme Rucar, pour votre patience avex notre mauvais compètence linguistique. Merci beaucoup!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Ein sehr ruhiges Objekt in schöner Wohnlage. Die Vermieter waren immer als Ansprechpartner da, weil sie auch selbst in dem Haus wohnen. In dem Haus sind zwei Ferienwohnungen neben der Vermieterwohnung vorhanden. Sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet, Fernseher klein, aber den braucht man im Urlaub sowieso nicht. Die Vermieter sprechen jedoch kein Englisch. Deshalb sollte man zumindest etwas französisch sprechen. Ansonsten können wir das Objekt insgesamt an alle weiterempfehlen, die in einer ruhigen Umgebung Urlaub machen wollen. Von dort kann man zu Ausflügen wunderbar aufbrechen. Wir sagen nochmals herzlichen Dank.

Vacanza a Hyeres, stupenda. La casa è ben tenuta ed ordinata, bene arredata, pulita ed anche molto fresca nonostante il caldo. È accessoriata di tutto quello che può servire, compresa la lavatrice. Ha un piccolo giardino trés charmante dove godersi il panorama e fare pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il posto è molto tranquillo e noi abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile, girando la Provenza in lungo ed in largo. I proprietari sono delle persone deliziose, che ci hanno bene accolto e dato un sacco di consigli su cosa vedere, dove cenare e come muoverci in auto. Anche il nostro cane Argo è stato bene accetto. Non dimenticheremo mai questa stupenda vacanza, il mare (soprattutto l'Estagnol e Porquerolles e Saint-Tropez), il profumo della lavanda ed il canto delle cicale.

A peaceful haven

We loved our stay in the apartment at the home of the Rugars. It was beautifully equipped and they could provide anything extra that you might need. It was at the top of a hill in Hyeres so the views were wonderful and it was very peaceful. The Rugars were very welcoming and friendly and I would highly recommend it.
