Great property, easy access to beach, restaurant and shops

This house is perfect for a stay in the Hyeres area. Ayguade is a very pleasant area. The house seems newly renovated, the air conditioning works well and was very appreciated. The outside kitchen is a nice touch and having a parking space is invaluable in the area.

Tolles Feriendomizil

Das Haus entspricht dem Inserat und wir konnten durch den Schlüsselsafe flexibel an- und abreisen. Laurent hat uns auch persönlich empfangen und verabschiedet, gute Tipps gegeben und fehlende Utensilien gebracht. Un grand MERCI! Sehr praktisch ist die Außenküche mit zweitem großem Kühlschrank. Scharfe Messer bringen wir immer mit. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war unser viertes Schlafzimmer (wir waren teilweise zu acht), was bei gutem Wetter kein Problem ist, da sich das Leben draußen abspielt und der ausgezogene Tisch genügend Platz bietet. Der Tisch innen ist etwas kleiner. Einzig die Wendeltreppe ist etwas wackelig. Zum Strand läuft man maximal 2 Minuten. Er ist aber eher ein Sandstrand mit vielen Steinen - Badeschuhe sind praktisch, um ins Wasser zu kommen. Es kann sehr stürmisch werden (Kyterstrand nebenan). Ein schöner Sandstrand mit Windschatten für z.B Beachvolleyball ist in Port Miramar. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage. Gute Restaurants, toller Bäcker, Bouleplatz und Uferradweg sind gleich nebenan, mittwochs ist ein provenzalischer Markt uns Haus herum. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und andereTouren. À bientôt peut-être!

Tres bon sejour au bord de mer

Maison idéalement située à 2 pas de la mer et tres proche de restaurants, glaciers et d'une boulangerie patisserie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la region ou nous avons passé un tres bon sejour.

Chouette location tres bien placée

Decouverte de la région en famille dans cette maison spacieuse et proche de toutes les commodités. 2 gdes chambres avec vue mer et 1 plus petite. Placards et penderie ds les 2 grandes chambres.Belle Salle de bains à l étage avec 2 vasques et gd miroir. Attention à l escalier étroit en colimaçon . Cuisine interieure tres bien fournie en ustensiles . Cuisine d été tres apréciable avec 1 second frigo congélo et gde terrasse avec parasol. Barbecue tout neuf 🤗qui a bien servi, semaine magnifique!😎 Cour fermée pratique pour la chienne 🐶(attention coin gazon synthétique ) Je recommande cette location. Quelques points d amélioration qui seraient bienvenus : moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres , assiettes creuses pour parfaire la vaisselle et un peu de décoration sur les murs. communication efficace et rapide avec Laurent qui est très sympathique , flexible et plein de service.🙂

Top Lage, tolles Haus, sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, alles war vorbereitet. Die Ankunftszeit konnte flexibel angepasst werden. Spitze ist die Außenküche und die 3min zu Strand. Ein toller Urlaub in einer tolle Lokation!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 5 Kindern und 5 Erwachsenen und einem Hund in der Wohnung. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Lage ist top! Mit dem Auto sind es 15minuten bis zur Innenstadt und bis zum Strand 1 Minute zu Fuß. Die Betten und Kissen waren auch alle bequem. Leider war es an Geschirr und Besteck immer knapp da wir 10 Personen waren und scharfe Messer gab es auch keine. Die Outdoor Küche mit Kühlschrank ist fantastisch mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt und auch Abends dort gekocht. Auch die Badezimmer sind sehr Modern und schön. Wir wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und hingebracht. Vielen Dank für alles!!
