Not well maintained. Bathroom very very small, when you open the door you have to squeeze and angulate your body to enter. Water running out of the shower stall. Only 1 bath towel provided initially, had to request for more. The dining area smells musty, the table cloths were sticky and unclean, food crumbs on the seat that were asked to be cleaned before seating. At dinner, service was very slow. Had to wait for 30 mins to get our order. Overall rating is below average. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hotel service was good but room condition is deteriorated. I stayed at this hotel every time I fly from Hyderabad airport and this time rooms were dirty and bathroom was dirty too.

The elevator had a super noisy alarm to remind not to leave the door open. Had to take a shower at 4 am for an early flight and there was no water. Avoid this place.

1) Very noisy staff - Room near cleaning crew headquarters. Noisy both staff talking nearly from 4:00 AM till quiting time. Hotel maintains cleaning staff, nearly 24 hours. I had a 24 hour travel, and you would think, I could fall sleep through the noise. 2) English speaking is not as strong as I had expected, for this near the airport location, and considering my previous experiences in India. 3) Hotel does not provide "complementry" airport shuttle. I made my reservation by phone (while in US) with Hotels.com staff. I was assured complementry to and from airport shuttle is listed. I did not check hotel website, and made reservation with help from the hotels.com agent (in US). Front desk staff told me, they "arange" for ride meaning we will call taxi for you upon request. I am not sure if there is any hotel that "will not arrange" for taxi. Breakfast OK. It cost roughly $20.00 each way. When add the cab fee, my as well stay in a more modern hotel (if vacacny available). Bottled water in room complementry. Botteled water in resturant is charged to your room. Bring the botteled water from your room to breakfast room if you do not want to be charged extra.

Transit hotel for a connecting flight
Stayed here one night as a transit for a flight the next day. The hotel itself was decent. However, the taxis rip you off. Costed me Rs. 600/- each way for a 12 min. journey. Better to stay at the transit hotel at the airport itself. It's slightly more expensive, but will ultimately amount to the same cost. As such the hotel was decent and staff were friendly.

I booked a room here for one night between flights as it's ten minutes from the airport. I emailed them 3 times before I arrived to organise airport pick up before they responded the night before. The car that picked me up was full of mosquitos which I didn't have when I'd been in any other cars the whole time I was in India, various locations. The staff were okay for budget hotel but definitely lacklustre. There were missing light fixtures, exposed wires, the shower glass had duct tape all over it, floor tiles were missing, there were blocks of airfresherner everywhere but with no holders, the shampoo was half used, the sheets were dirty and there were hairs. However, it was very cheap so for a few hours sleeping on top of the bed fully dressed I wasn't too bothered. The food menu has hundreds of options but I didn't risk it as it had every cuisine you can imagine and far too many to be fresh. The airport pick up turned up late so I would book it earlier than needed just to be sure as the bag drop and security checks can take a lot longer than expected. I would only stay here if you literally need a place to have a nap for a few hours.

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The employees were kind and the food was extremely delicious. There was a bit of a smell in the shower and toilet, but it wasn't as bad as the complaints and it was a comfortable stay overall. I would like to eat at the restaurant again.

Greitt hotell nær flyplassen.
Greitt opphold. Merk: Prepaid taxi på flyplassen tar utrolig høy pris. Hoteltaxi til flyplassen var rimelig (400 rupis), mens prepaid taxi fra flyplassen kostet (900 rupis). Prepaid taxi er normalt nesten halv pris av hotel-taxiene.
