The staff were very helpful. The facility was very clean. It was nice that we were two blocks from Main Street and able to enjoy the marina. If I had anything- it would be nice to have an ice machine. But, otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

A wonderful stay! Great location. Walked to the MV ferry, downtown Hyannis, and a Cape Cod Baseball League game within minutes. Very clean. Comfortable. Welcoming, kind, and friendly owner. A perfect stay!

The room, the sheets and towels were very clean and small kitchen has plenty of storage for snacks and food which helps to keep the room tidy. Staff is very polite and attentive. I loved our stay there!

Extra friendly and informative.

From our first moment to the last, our stay was perfect. We bought last minute tickets to the Beach Boys and were very helpful to print our tickets. 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants without being in the center of it all. Great view of the harbor. Loved hearing the ferry boats horn as they left the harbor. Definitely our go to place to stay when we visit Cape Cod.

The location is really good, across from the ferries and a short walk to Main Street. The room was older, a bit dated but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet at night, got a great nights sleep. Will stay here again

Our room was very clean and had nice amenities like a refrigerator, microwave and dishes. It has a great location across from Hyannis harbor. It is a family run hotel and the owners went out of their way to be helpful. We found the price to be a good value for the area.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the harbor. It was a great hub for visiting Cape Cod. We were in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and personable. The room is dated and in need of updating.

The Positive Reviews Are True!

The positive reviews are true! This is a charming little hotel to stay in, with reasonable pricing, exceptional cleanliness and a convenient location within walking distance to ferries and good seafood! But the kind owner was definitely the highlight of this hotel! He’s very friendly, attentive and clearly treats this hotel like it’s his personal home, with us being his house guests! I’d definitely stay here again when visiting the cape.

The owner could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. There is a cute sitting area outside overlooking the harbor, when he saw that we were sitting there he brought some cushions out for us. He remembered our names every time he saw us. We will absolutely go back again. Great location, you have the harbor area and Main St shopping & restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. A little outdated but everything else makes up for it!
