Good place for the price

Staff was very nice, room was clean and good size. Breakfast was good. Bed was not that comfortable though.

It was satisfactory. Expedia's listing said daily newspaper - not true. Breakfast was typical, not inspiring. Carpets were tired looking. The staff were attentive and nice. Shampoo & conditioner were supplied, not lotion. No magnified mirror. Very basic comforts but those were sufficient.

The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done quickly, we found things in the room like a used fork, a deodorant and a lipgloss on the floor that weren’t ours. Other than that everything was great. The emplacement is perfect. Also, Lydia at the breakfast buffet was really sweet!

Not close enough to Hyannis, main st. as I thought ( my fault). Nice & clean, pleasant staff but very, small bathroom and no hot tub as advertised. :(

The usual, comfortable n convenient but not special Best Western - everything was functional but no frills as expected. Breakfast was good - hot omelettes, baked goods, yoghurt,juice, coffee, tea etc but one attendant for the number of guests was not adequate as everything would be over & she could not keep up with refilling the items- people had to wait for most stuff. It was a weekday - I can’t imagine the rush on a weekend!!

Hotel is in need of a refurb. Some building works currently to improve the front of the hotel. Very old dirty carpets. Rooms very old fashioned. However it is cheaper than other hotels in this area.
