"Coffee from an instant machine cost an extra 45 kr! At least provide free coffee, hot water and some coffee cups. Room was adequate, if small and shower was hot, finally found a hot shower!"

"nice & easy self serve check in/out. room was ready a bit early too. i messaged ahead about luggage storage and they said it would’ve cost extra. easy short train ride from the airport. right near a big mall with a grocery store. room was all good except for the bathroom/shower situation, it was tiny and i couldn’t figure out how to work the shower for the life of me! the dials were by the bathroom sink & controlled both the sink and shower. a guide somewhere would’ve saved me a lot of time!"

"The place couldn’t be better located, a block away from the central train station and a major metro stop. The place is a bit run down and inconvenient if you have mobility issues since there is no elevator, but the value is great! Breakfast is nice as well."

"The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Ascot Hotel very much but were surprised that there wasn’t a bellman to assist with luggage when we arrived and we had a lot due to a long trip. We had to get a signature suite so that we had enough space to put our two large and two small pieces of luggage as there was not any drawers to put anything in. The closet didn’t have much room in it. The breakfast was generally good but the oatmeal was runny. Maintenance-wise, the carpet up to breakfast is very dirty and the left chair by the elevator is also very dirty. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating. There are many dining places close by."

"The personnel is very knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed the access to the lounge, opened from 2pm to 10 pm. The hotel is very clean and new. The rooms are spacious but the refrigerator has very little storage space (only about 3 or 4 inches deep). The beds are very comfortable. The location is opposite the town hall square. Very well located. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
