"Great property! We had fun kayaking and fishing. The lodge is homey and has everyone you need. You definitely need an suv or truck to navigate the lane to the farm. "

"My spouse and I specifically stayed here with the intention of kayaking the river back to their dock, then biking back up the nearby bike trail back to retrieve our car, drive to dinner in Bedford, and head back to the farm for a well-earned night's sleep. ...AND OUR PLAN WORKED! Many thanks to Adrienne and her partner for being such excellent hosts and stewards of a truly gorgeous property. We will definitely be back!"

Drooly Bear Cabin: Your Raystown Lake Getaway!

Relaxing and away from it all

"Went for my 40th birthday weekend getaway. This cabin is perfect for those like me who love to spend time outdoors and with the family. The location is very remote and you can listen to the birds all day and the frogs all night. Trough state park and reystown lake are a very short ride away to enjoy the many trails and natural features they have to offer. Historic Huntingdon is about a 40 min drive north for grocery or any other needs as well. Do know cell service is not reliable for exploring we used our atlas for exploring the areas we were not already familiar with. We would def stay again. "

"The hosts thought of everything, even cell phone chargers. Very homey. Lots of things provided to do for kids such as games, both indoor and outdoor. Had it been drier we would have walked to the river, but it was too wet. Very nice property. The only drawback is the highway noise. "
