Shadow Ridge Farm & Retreat - Pool, Hot Tub, Pickleball & Pond - sleeps 35

Relax with your whole family or group at this peaceful retreat surrounded by the mountains of central Pennsylvania. This stunning property can sleep up to 35 guests in the main house, a tiny house, & a loft with 2 additional bedrooms. We're a 45 min. drive to Raystown Lake, which offers picnic areas, beaches, boat launches, campgrounds, trails, as well as hunting and fishing opportunities.

We have 7 bedrooms in the main house (new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & a new children's loft on 3rd floor). In addition, there's a queen bed in the poolside tiny house, and 2 bedrooms in the shop (barn) loft which each sleep 6 (tiny house & loft bedrooms only available for groups of more than 10 guests).

• Bedroom 8: (Poolside cottage) 1 queen bed (approx.. 20 yd. from house) no bathroom sleeps 2
• Bedroom 9: (Shop Loft) down beside barn 2 twin beds and 2 twin, over twin bunk sleeps 6
• Bedroom 10: (Shop Loft) down beside barn 2 twin beds, 1 twin over twin bunk, 1 full bed sleeps 6

• Bathroom 1: with tile shower and soaking tub ensuite on ground floor
• Bathroom 2: with tub/shower combo on ground floor
• Bathroom 3: with tile shower and soaking tub on 2nd floor

• Bathroom 5: with tile shower in Attic Loft on 3rd floor (low ceiling)
• Bathroom 6: with shower (Shop Loft) down beside the barn

Shadow Ridge Farm & Retreat encompasses 135 acres and borders the Aughwick Creek, where you can go fishing and kayaking. There are 4 kayaks at the farm available for guests to use. You can also fish on the 2 ponds located on the farm (fishing gear not supplied). There's indoor pickleball & basketball in the barn, and a large yard to play games, such as volleyball, wiffle ball, flag croquet, etc. We now have a hot tub, and the solar heated pool is open from May through September.

For groups of 10 guests & under who want to use the tiny pool house or the loft bedrooms above the barn during their stay, there's an additional fee of $50 for the pool house (sleeps 4 in double bed & 2 cots), and $75 for the loft bedrooms. However these are included in the initial booking fee for groups over 10. Please ask about this if interested.

This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 per day fee will be assessed.

There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

No hunting on the property.

No fireworks on the property.

Please stay out of the wooded areas, anywhere on the grass is fine.

There's a strict NO PARTY policy. Parties or unauthorized gatherings will result in eviction without a refund.

Excessive alcohol use is not allowed (a few social drinks are ok).

Linens & bath towels provided, but no pool towels.
